Layton Kayscreek Drive Reconstruct
Working as a sub contractor for Granite Construction offices in Ogden, we have been hard at work on this project. Due to the weather conditions, we are on hold until the temperatures go above freezing. We will continue the raising of the new and old utilities, and constructing concrete collars for the newly reconstructed road in Layton City.
Fruit Heights Mtn. Road Reconstruct
Kapp Construction Companies out of Ogden has awarded CENTERLINE DEVELOPMENT as the sub contractor to pre lower and raise the water valves, sanitary sewer manholes and storm drain manholes on this project. Once again the colder weather has put us on hold, but by the end of March, this project should be completed.
Eaglewood Village Phase 3
This project in North Salt Lake will start early spring. Geneva Rock is the prime contractor and CENTERLINE DEVELOPMENT has been awarded a sub contract. We will be ready to go on this project as soon as we are needed and are excited about the spring 2011 work we have coming in!
